1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 93bd platform — including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live casino section, and all associated account and payment services — is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the 93bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may register and maintain only one active account on 93bd. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 93bd members may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating wagers with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, placing bets that do not constitute genuine wagering activity for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements, and any other conduct that 93bd determines, at its sole discretion, to be an attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

93bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and accepted, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to govern that specific bonus.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93bd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 93bd reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure — against any player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 93bd

93bd reserves the right to suspend a player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that account activity is inconsistent with the player's stated personal information, or that there are grounds to investigate potential fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity. During a suspension, the player's balance will be held pending investigation and will be returned upon satisfactory resolution unless grounds for forfeiture are identified.

9.2 Closure by 93bd

93bd may permanently close a player account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed following investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, underage access, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above, 93bd reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawal requests, in accordance with applicable policy.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 93bd account should contact the support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any qualifying balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method. 10. Limitation of Liability
